I had to take my cat Cody into the vet early this morning because he has been acting a bit off and hasn’t been peeing correctly. Last night Sarah noticed that he was trying to pee in the hallway (nothing coming out) and kept licking himself. I feel bad, Ive been a bad mommy. I had to leave him at the vet so they could get a pee sample. They say it takes a couple of days to get results of the test, but because of the holiday i wont know too much until next week probably.
So i am waiting for the phone call to go get him. I hope everything is ok.
But besides all of that. The vet says he looks good, and that he is an amazing little cat that reminds her of a dog, haha. I feed him the right amount of food and hes not fat…. Hes just a tall, long cat. So i guess I’m doing something right.
While i was there, i made an appointment next week for Cooper to get his ears cleaned and to have a check-up to make sure he is a healthy kitty.
*Update*
I just picked up Cody. The vet says he has some crystals and microscopic blood in his urine (which is common in male cats). They are going to change his diet for a month and wait for more test results to come in. I might have some more info tomorrow, but most likely i wont have all the info until next Monday.
